| Oklahoma has joined the growing number of states mandating an education requirement for boat Operators. Effective immediately, children ages 12-15 are required to have a Boating Safety Education Certificate in order to operate a vessel powered by a motor or combination of motors over 10 hp, a PWC, or a sail-powered vessel 16 feet or more in length. Flotilla 16-2 has scheduled its first class to help you meet this requirement before the beginning of the 2007 boating season.
